WHAT IT DOES:
Pigment Control Crème HQ is a powerful bleaching and correcting crème designed to treat the most severe and advanced forms of hyperpigmentation. With a potent blend of 4% hydroquinone and 20% vitamin C, it targets and lightens stubborn dark spots caused by chloasma, melasma, freckles, and sun damage.
HOW IT WORKS:
The 4% hydroquinone suppresses melanin production, while glycolic acid and ascorbic acid work together to eliminate surface pigmentation. Glycerin hydrates newly exposed skin, and saponins help calm inflammatory responses, ensuring the skin looks bright, even, and revitalized.

Pigment Control Crème HQ contains 4% hydroquinone, which is a highly effective treatment for moderate to severe hyperpigmentation, especially melasma. This potent compound gradually bleaches and lightens a wide variety of skin conditions and reduces sun damage. Hydroquinone should be used for a maximum treatment period of 3 months (or as prescribed by your health care practitioner) in order to avoid inflammation, rebound hyperpigmentation and reduced tolerance. After this treatment period, patients can maintain their results with the ZO® Non-Hydroquinone Brightening System.
